You are asking for a website template (CMS) to sell products online?
Not really. I am asking for a product listing script. There is no online selling involved.
There are some wordpress plugins which do this, as I needed this for a project recently.
I ended up using Prestashop but in "Catalogue mode", so although it is an ecommerce solution it's just used to display the products. Did this as there may be a requirement to sell online.
Another option I was to use was to use bolt cms, with custom type as product.
We used to have this sort of "Small Ads" section in the university.

What about something like open classifieds?
Static html would be the best fit, lightweight aswell.
