How many millions have you lost so far?
The update should be in gray release. Test yourself first and then do the flow switch. Rather than upgrade directly on production.
What a disaster.
VPS has been down again all day. They say to log in to some other portal to get the new IP address. Can't log in to portal, but can't use "forgot password" option either as my VPS hosts my email which I can't access.
Was able to log in to the main portal and ask for IP via ticket, but now I can't log into main portal to check ticket status.
Tried to send email via "Contact us" form. The "enter the characters on the image" checker is broken and won't submit the form. Can't find a phone number.
Is there a sysadmin in the house that can help Hostodo out? They clearly have no clue how to do this hosting thing.
