    Hetzner is a good option. Even the cheapest Euro 2.49 Plan supports Windows Server OS.

    really thanks for all , i have already trying vultr , machine disconnect itself & on win 32 any installed software crashed even windows fresh installation , maybe they cooperate with microsoft haha, looking iso only as i have already a license , seem many intentional offers here , thanks guys
