Anyone ever successfully creates any service request(s) from ARUBA.IT client area?
Well, the control panel actually works. But the client area throws errors on any request(s) submitted, even when editing the profile information. And to create a service request is simply impossible. Hard to imagine this level of service can last for long for a service provider owning a global service.

It's probably broke again, they had an issue some months ago where you were able to create a ticket but had no permission to view it.
