You should be looking into EU and USA Dedicated server . Can go with OVH for example.

I am sure a few people can sort that out for you, probably expect $2000+ p/month + contract.
If you need good peering thats what you pay in the US. 2000$ is okay for 100Mbps unmetered dedicated in Asia.
