As far as I know though both directions are metered, and with the cost of bandwidth over here I'm not surprised.

I could use Vultr's Sydney instance without monitoring anything for
20$ for 3TB (because of incoming traffic 2,5TB flat) and from then deploy 10$instances for 2TB which means:
20$ for 3TB
in total 55$ or 5,5$ per TB.
Not mentioning the huge scalability pros of Vultr + the good network and the user friendly panel.

What port speed do you need and do you have a location preference?
at least 100Mbps and and the preferred location is Melbourne. If not then Sydney or any other big Australian city will do.
