Hello, how many much cs 1.6 servers can i create with OMGServ.com vps-game-4 ?

Your bottleneck will be the 1 cpu that you have. Could probably run 2 or 3 full 32-slot servers before running into any issues. This will also be heavily dependent on how noisy your neighbors are (i.e. if the host node is oversold and has a lot of CPU-intensive apps running, you'll definitely notice performance issues).
0.5 server.
It's vCPU so probly 1 at best if its not oversold.
