Unless you're willing to pay out the arse for it, I highly doubt there's hosts out there that will do MacOS VM's on a per hour basis.
Most hosts still use the good old legacy BIOS to boot VM's, so MacOS is sorta out of the question.
Running OSX on non-apple hardware violates the EULA, so while from a technical perspective it can be virtualized, the host would have to be running the VMs on Apple hardware (which is either gonna be a Mac Mini or a Mac Pro) which makes pricing kinda outside of lowend territory...

Cool, but somewhy they don't give root access in cheap plans. :-/
Problem being there is only one root per box.
