Any specific reason why it has to be Curacao? This is exotic and so will be expensive.
Your 'well priced' will be very likely very expensive to compare with EU or US standards.
Because regulation, they request to have a database backup inside Country.
I know, at the moment the cheapest I found is USD 400 pm plus Server.
Given that they must already have a presence in the country, why not host at the office?

Approached them 2 years ago for a client of ours.
Try your luck. See if they can host your hardware.
@teamacc Thank you, but they don't have any office there.
@BlaZe Thank you, will ask them if they offer Colocation there.
there was a really weird (probably) russian site which had a lot of exotic locations for dedicated, vps and vpn. and i distinctly remember them having curacao, because i had thought it was so exotic that i should rent it just for the heck of it, (i had zero need for such location). i cannot remember the site but i'll keep looking for it.
also if you don't necessarily need curacao, isle of man usually works for gambling sites and its available at EDiS.
Do you have budget? There is one ISP in the free zone (which pretty much is all relevant internet business on the island) offering colo - at insane, because monopoly, prices.

UTS is the state ISP. Even more costly.

English no issue with either.
@kerouac
it must be on Curacao because the gambling license and this require own local business, which can be replaced by own hardware on Curacao.
@William
Thank you. I see they ask for really insance prices there. A 6 year old Proliant G6 Server I got offered for USD 3'400 to buy out.
I will try to see how much uts will ask for 1u colo.
The Network is anyway no Issue here, on the Box will stay only a backup database nothing more. The production system will be hosted in Europe.
Holy crap... Citizens of that country must be well fed and drive luxury cars
Anyone hosting there has banking or gambling reasons (and, in nearly all cases, failed to properly research as Gibraltar, Macao and often Isle of Man work much cheaper much better) - so IT infra is pricing is inflated.
This is the same in most of the region, but especially present on Antigua & Barbuda; C&W (yea, the UK one, basically) still owns most infra there and charges insane transport prices (sometimes justified sometimes by the very old cables - look at cablemap, some systems have only few 10/100G capacity overall).
They are saving enough moving from all the taxes they are dodging to afford it
