Looking for dedicated server in USA (RAM 128 GB, SSD 4x ~1TB)

Hello,

we are a company registered in a country within European Union. Company has registered VIES (EU VAT) number.
We are looking for a dedicated server located in a professional data centre within a territory of the USA
of given (or similar) specification:

CPU: E5-1650v4,
RAM: 128 GB,
SSD: 4x ~1TB SSD,
1 Gbps (minimum transfer 15 TB),
IPMI

We must have access to some sort of control panel (or similar mechanism) with
possibility to order and activate new IP addresses quickly.

It would be really convenient for us if the company offering such a server has VIES number as well.
It is not an absolute requirement.

Your budget looks low for this configuration.

No, normal price for this configuration. Example:
    Z-SERIES - NEW JERSEY - Xeon E5-1650v3 - 128GB DDR4 - 2x1TB SSD + 2x2TB HDD $219 https://clients.swiftnode.net/cart.php

Yeah but that only has 2x1tb ssd. Sorry to add 2 more 1tb ssds is gonna cost alot more than 31 dollars a month. So i take it as your budget is kinda low. Maybe if you sign a contract or pay a setup fee then i can see that price range maybe.

    Thanked by 1GTHost

we can sign a contract, pay for the start.

  • Seems like a reasonable budget, given that online.net (france) offers better than your specs (Core-4-M-SSD, although smaller ssds) for 220 euro or 266 usd/month.

Somehow however, pricing in the USA seems to get higher than EU pricing the higher specced you go. Low-specced stuff is dirt cheap there, but high-spec stuff is mostly hella expensive.

  • Right now we have 1 offer:
    NEW JERSEY - Xeon E5-1650v3 - 128GB DDR4 - 4x1TB SSD $285
    anyone else?

Cheapest ≠ Better (there are always exceptions though)

Choose a reputable host even if you have to pay a few bucks more for similar configuration.
