If this is the same Jimmy that used to run YardVPS years ago, I had some run-ins with him as well a long time ago. It went so far that they actually edited their TOS to add in a term to try and stop me getting a refund after I bought up an issue.
I'm in no way saying this is how it's done now, this was probably 3-5 years ago.
