VPS to run a proxy

Looking for VPS provider, criteria:

a. Not blocked by Russian Internet watchdog (RKN).

b. Outside CIS countries.

c. Provider: 2+ years in business.

d. Installing/using proxy (socks) and P2P VPN (tinc) should be explicitly allowed. The proxy will be private (no public/uncontrolled access).

e. Virtualization: one of: KVM, Xen, VMWare (CentOS 7 or Ubuntu 16.04 will be used).

f. Networking: egress speed at least 100Mbps; IPv6 required.

g. 256Mb of RAM/10Gb of disk minimum.

Price, location etc are of secondary importance. We need accessing development environment which has been blocked by recent RKN actions. Traffic passed through the VPS: HTTP/HTTPS and SSH. There will be no file sharing, using IRC/other typical abuse cases.

    Your other requirements are met too.
    I'm just not sure about the RKN. They are small, so I guess they are probably not blocked. Maybe their test-IP/looking-glass can help you to check that. Or I could give you ssh access to my vps for a few days or run some tests for you. I guess it will be set up tomorrow.

    @atomi Correct, Gullo uses OpenVZ.
