Expiring in November of 2018? That's a couple months surely and as zhuijwiki said it's auto-renew.
However, I've renewed for a further 3 Years.
And what was your problem with that? Is it November already where you live? Last I checked that is still 7 months away.

Yeah, ask Google to "handle" it too:
I like to make as many people as happy as I Can so if people checks the domain expiry date he will find it has been renewed for a further 3 Years.
