hey all providers i am looking for a dedicated server in EU with following requirements
CPU with minimum 8k benchmark, 8c/8t
16 GB RAM
1GB - Duplex Port
30TB minimum bandwidth
265GB SSD or 1TB HDD
Minimal DDOS proctection
can pay on yearly terms also

See: https://www.hetzner.com/sb and this thread. If you're diligent and lucky you could snag something good in their new Finland DC. Do note that for Hetzner only outgoing bandwidth is measured against their 20TB quota so it should still be OK for you.
You missed a recent Kimsufi sale (but only 100Mbps network).
Also see this thread tagging @AlexBarakov who could possibly get you something comparably priced.
And of course see this thread for a possible something today.
i like the hetzner plans but would wait for some offers as i am not in hurry to buy

Are you looking forward to seeing more deals from hetzner? or other company? Be noted that your budget is suitable for hetzner auction only if i am not wrong.
only hetzner auctions, nothing cheaper than that for those specs in EU. However, you can keep a tab on SerweryDedykowane.pl, they do have deals from time to time and can match your specs.
