Quite simple, run ifconfig and copy the following part from the interface(s) you use.
Also include uptime and what you're running :-)
Here's mine:
RX bytes:274521778650 (255.6 GiB) TX bytes:548799031176 (511.1 GiB)
up 11 days, 16:56
Running one Minecraft server and nothing more (I think I also download ~100GB world data)
I recommend vnstat, didn't have time to install it when I set up this server

@skirtTight

@skirtTight I recommend you stay away from @Woet

@Fliphost - VPS node? Nice ratio :-)

6.8G is vague, ratio is interesting to know too, just copy the line from ifconfig.
@skirtTight Nice, who's your server provider and what private tracker are you using?
venet0 since 01/14/13
rx: 1.98 TiB tx: 5.31 TiB total: 7.29 TiB
Just basic stuff, testing and whatnot.
rx: 347.45 GiB tx: 4.18 TiB total: 4.52 TiB
I do not seed to private trackers, they're fine as they are, my real ratio is 25gb/16tb. I lent it to a friend for a while.
Seeded for tpb. I was using fdcservers.
@skirtTight
have fun waiting on the partyvan with 16TB up on TPB.

It seems like the byte counts shown are not for my vserver vps but the host node.

I don't use that much bandwidth to be honest. It's been a good 2-3 months since I rebooted my minecraft server, a good month for web hosting, about 2 weeks for misc dev, and.. never... for the EDIS one.
