I need a dedicated server located in Western US, Eastern EU or AU. My budget is around 80-100 dollars each month, no more than 120. My ideal configuration are listed below.
Quad-core CPU or higher. No lower end than E3-12x0 v2 / i7 4xxx. No L5xxx/E5xxx. Models with builtin GPU are better like Core i7 and E3-12x5.
24GB or higher RAM.
1TB HDD + 256G SSD.
100Mbps Port for 5 TB transfer at least.
IPMI Access.
/29 IPv4 or more.
Basic DDoS protection
Better if with low-latency network to Asia and Australia.
