Im searching for somebody who can create a whmcs module for domain registration/transfer/management for .ro TLD

Never done a domain module, not giving any false promises here. I'll just add this up to my projects. No solid ETA as I've got enough work on hands
that is not helping me, I want something solid, somebody dedicated who can create this module
