    But in fact, the websites which the kid is led to are often not "reseted" (mostly from baidu.)

    Yes you can watch many free videos that only available for Chinese IPs and many other staffs.

    For the OP, I think there are many providers have West Coast locations, the have good connection to China, and some UK providers are not bad.

    And, BTW, what a LowEndChineseLearningThread XD. （其实楼主可以直接买VPN的，还不用操心维护的事情）
