Problems with VPSFAST

We rented a server from VPSFAST in Colombia for our VPN service. It went permanently offline a week ago (although it is still shown as "Active", as you can see) and the support doesn't answer any tickets, although we paid $550 USD for a complete year in advance.
Proof:
I strongly recomment not to rent any server from VPSFAST.
I wonder if we'll ever get a refund.

I wouldn't let them run with 550 USD. Do everything you can.

I hope that vpsfast is reading this dicussion thread.
We hope they resolve this issue for you. But if it doesn't Try contacting through their email. Possible there is some miss configuration on their end. Can you check if the bandwidth limit exceed that is set for the month.
The server hasn't be used much, because of its downtimes.
