Why do you need a residential IP?
The reasons are usually not very whitehat. Read Rules.
Netflix?
Unless a resident in the US pays for a dedicated IP, in most cases their IPs switch every few hours to every few days. The only way to achieve this successfully would be to use a separate IP reference, which would work off a local script to pull the current residential IP at any given time.
Check out Tuxler (VPN) but I won't recommend it because they will force you to be a part of their network. You are gonna have a hard time finding a VPS.
