Hello,

my requirements

  • provider will create new KVM VPS plan on their billing system

  • Provider do not use Maxmind so i can use VPN to register

  • Provider accept cryptocurrency

RAM:

around 1024MB RAM, prefer 2048MB RAM. I may use maybe only 512MB, but want to have some room, do not care much if RAM is oversold and disk swap is used instead.

DISK:

ideally min. 8GB and more, not care about disk type, there wont be much writes or reads as traffic would be just relayed thru server, OS: Ubuntu or CentOS 7

CPU:

Prefer 2 threads or more

NETWORK:

prefer if i can reach 80Mbit/s in spikes, do not need guaranteed. My average nonstop transfer would be 200KB/s upload and 30KB/s download. maybe 3MB/s upload on evening UTC hours. I expect 1.5-2.5TB transfer/month, utilizing maximum around 3500 concurrent connections. Provider should not use any mechanisms that would suspend VPS based on too many packets or connections. I want peace of mind of stable connection.

USAGE:

torrent

LOCATION:

does not matter, prefer europe or asia

PRICE: around $18 yearly, 36-6=$32/2years

You purposely trying to set off every red flag for a provider in your request?

At minimum I can respect the honesty, lol.

If any provider is using Maxmind or FraudLabs Pro, I guess your ID has been blacklisted in their network due to Torrent. I respect your honesty.

  • 127.0.0.1 would meet your requirements perfectly
