MaxCDN 50% coupon
I have seen the advertisement on Freelancer.com where I work. It says 75% but actually it gives 50% discount. I think it works for first year only.

I think cdn.net's $15 free promotion is worth trying as well. Only thing is that you need to provide cc information so that they can charge you $50 once your balance reaches $1.5
I have MaxCDN too but CDN.net seems working better with more locations covered (http://www.cdn.net/network/).
