Open-Source Hardware a.k.a Free Hardware?
No, free hardware designs. If one could rebuild the hardware then it would be available to them at only the cost of making/building it.

That's actually a fun point about the "Open Hardware" initiative: the designs are so Facebook-centric that there's no harm in sharing them with the world, as so few other corporations have a need for such an application
@Damian - So true. But the idea of that industry being more open is pretty cool.
They seem to know what they are doing so why not.
