All traffic through all datacenters in Romania is mirrored and supervised by Romanian Intelligence Service (at provider's expense and agreement). Unfortunately this is enforced by a deeply corrupted political system wanting full control of country's people and their money. I don't like to make you sad, but that's just how things are.

that, and I am a public figure in Romania, and I have friends administrating "datacenters" here; so I know a bit of what my country "has to offer" in hosting, but don't take my word for it if it makes you extremely sad.
Also, don't get me wrong, if someone has nothing to hide, then Romania is great for hosting stuff, simply because of good Internet speeds.
