I'm looking for a cheap KVM located in NY with OpenBSD.

    Try Vultr. They have their smallest 512MB $2.50/mo instances available there. Can install OpenBSD.

    Unfortunately just New York is sold out - I am even a customer of Vultr already, but didn't notice they offer OpenBSD. Cool. Thanks for the info aglodek.

    Vultr NJ has been 'sold out' for short periods of time for the past week. It never lasts more than a few hours.
