Need Cheap Hybrid Server

I Need Cheap Hybrid servers at multiple locations for an upcoming project[Hosting Based project], They must not be cheap atom servers as I am not going to use them for email server.

    Hybrid is basically breaking down a dedicated server into equal parts lets say half / 1/4th then allocating 100% usable resources for that division which acts like a dedicated server.

    Basically a dedi split via KVM with 100% usable resources of the broken parts :)
