OVH UK/DE VPS

Just got this from OVH:

VPS in the UK and Germany

You can now host your VPS (SSD or Cloud) in our London and Frankfurt datacentres. Buy one now, and get significantly lower latency if you operate in these regions.

They currently have £12 off per year on UK VPSes

    UK was too high latency for me. It didn't perform as I expected when I had it. I wonder if it's better now. I'm done with OVH's slow network (100mbit) when it comes to Cloud/VPS anyway. Too many better options.. Vultr, DO, Aruba all in UK, or Hetzner for DE.

    No issue with the UK OVH VPS, same perfs as in Canada or France.
    As for Germany, Netcup's basic plans are a bit cheaper (€2.7 instead of 3.5) and better (>100Mbps, /64 IPv6, beefier storage).
