I am looking to replace my current setup. I need 20+ TB of storage with a decent XEON CPU with 16GB Memory. This would be a backup server so no webservers/FTP would be running. Price Range $125-175 USD. Prefer US/CA location but as long as the location has good routing to the US should be fine.

OVH has a 5x6TB storage server in canada for 175 usd/month. Last I heard it's listed on the "to update" list by OVH themselves and should receive additional storage soon-ish, so you might wanna hold off for a few days/weeks.
Excellent storage deals but network to the US is not the greatest. Probably best to avoid relying on too much intercontinental traffic.
