No worries, Joshua Treudler is even worse. He's narcissistic asshole based on how he speaks on Twitter. Also he's really salty to OVH, the website uses cloudflare shared ssl and their TOS sucks.
It's funny how he likes to criticize OVH for poor support even tho I have had excellent support from them (reply to tickets ~2h after sending) while apparently Treudler support is worse
