As far as I can see, "Instant Dedicated Servers" is basically the name of the product, since it's ready in 5-10 minutes after ordering. He can currently offer this in Chicago, and will be able to offer it in Miami in 2 weeks aswell.

In the US we can offer instant dedicated servers only in Chicago, but in two weeks we can do it in Miami as well.
What do you need with remote hands on a dedicated server? Do you mean colocation?
