  Since when are customers of OVH allowed to sell OVH's IPs? Can they even be transferred?

  I have a feeling soon OVH will change that "one-time setup fee" for IPs but let's see
  As for Op title is misleading you can't sell IPs which are not yours in first place, for transfer though no idea if possible with OVH

  If you transfer the server associated does it not transfer ips too?

  As said, transfer of IPs is one thing, selling IPs is another but ok
