based on my own experience: iperweb.com is the best by cost/quality/support. i recommend it.
Yes, neqste, you'r right, Iperweb/prometeus is the best. I tried a lot of vps's from Germany, UK, France, and from US,but by quality/cost and support Iperweb/Prometeus is the first. I recommend it too!
Did Iperweb scrap their storage VPS plans
...and their low end KVM VPS...hmmmm
