@intovps how's your billing works? since I tried purchase M1 plan it asked me to pay $10
Comments
Have you tried using
promotional code and see if that works?
I know it's work, I've account with them.
I want to know why I need to add $10 to paid $5/m server,
I'm used to DO, VULTR, Linode billing, use first pay later
Apologies, I misread!
Maybe it’s a netcup style hourly billing.
@sibaper
We're using a pre-paid model.
Add credit, then consume your credit.
You get email notifications 7 days before you'll reach zero credit (based on your usage in the current month). If you reach zero your VPS'es will get suspended.
You can add any amount of credit. Minimum $10.
Is there a credit expirey date?
Nope
Trap?
Good to see you here at last @intovps
I have been asking Adrian since 2015 to make his presence on LET... but never late.
I used to be your customer from 2011 to 2015... Never had a problem with you and support was always great!
Good Luck...!
@mehargags, thank you. Yes, we should have been here a long time ago.
Better late than never.
