Can 2 vCPU core AMD Opteron 6128 handle Plex (1 transcode)?
Is there some test IP/lg available and do you offer IPv6?

It depends on what is transcoded, but if it is 1080p then the answer is no.
No IPv6, test IP PM'ed.
