  EL cheapo is from Portugal, so I doubt you get Deutsche Telekom there.
  

  Edit never mind the ip you posted is from Deutsche Telekom, I thought you posted a core backbone ip address.

  I would say so since https://bgpview.io/asn/33891 lists Dtag as peer and a upstream of core-backbone.

  IPv6? Can somebody give examples where nested virtualization could be useful? I can think of 1) splitting the resources into smaller VMs and 2) running one's favourite operating systems that might not be offered directly from the provider.

  NATting in your /32/etc to provide services not directly exposed that you don't want to be.
