I guess you can do anycast between DCs in France, but not in different countries.

For a typical person, there's no point on announcing your own IPs if they aren't charging a monthly fee for their IPs. But if I could buy IPs from them at $3 each and use them elsewhere, now we're talking.
Hopefully this includes v6, would be nice.
