Just get it to WHMCS and keep it simple.
You maybe able to still get it cheaper from hosts if you have a VPS with them, however if you don't have a VPS that resells WHMCS then you must get it from WHMCS directly.
WHMCS stopped the reseller thing didn't they?
They stopped distributor, not reseller program.
