For that amount of HDD, your budget is way too low.
Increase the budget or change the amount of HDD you need!

In most places, "urgent" means "I'm willing to pay a premium for this". You're trying to do the opposite.

Possibly, 10 years from now, an offer with $8/year for 500GB will be considered overpriced. Maybe @MrKaruppu is looking for some very long term investment.
Your asking for too much hdd. Cheapest you'll find is Chicagovps at 100gb for $50 a year during their specials. Then speedykvm with 3 year price guarantee but nothing after that unless you prepay at 5 years of they allow you. You can find services at this price with 20gb or so though if your lucky.
