I would suggest for domain transfer you should go with Namecheap.

Yes. Their update credit card option not worked for me so they asked to provide credit card details to them via ticket and i don't have any problem to do this as i am using my virtual card with them.
I didn't have to give card details via Ticket. I added card in My Account & opened ticket about which domain be transferred. When started the process. @Rayhan @elofty
