    There is no magic solution to stop DDoS attacks, other than to stop being a target. If it's a small flood, DoS deflate can help. Other than that you'll need a provider which offers DDoS protection, e.g. BuyVM, SecureDragon, LiquidHost, XenVZ (I believe that was a limited offer) and probably more..

    I have DDos protected vps from BuyVM.
    But Here I'm talking about dedicated servers.

    I'm getting 100's of portscan and floods on my box.

    Forget the portscans, but floods if they're directed at a webserver for example you can use a reverse proxy to a VPS. I didn't realize you mentioned dedicated server, but VPS's can still be of use. Others have mentioned DDoS protected dedicated server providers. ;-)
