Where to lease blacklisted IPv4 ranges (/24+)

I am looking to lease ARIN/APNIC/RIPE blacklisted (SBL/PBL/DROP/etc.) /24+ ranges for SEO applications. Absolutely no mail, port 25 can be disabled. Is there a forum/database of providers who offer this service?

    What were they blacklisted for?

    If it's only for spam, then you might have something worth selling.

    If it's stolen, then you're SOL.

    Most of the larger websites still accept traffic from blacklisted ranges, they're just usually priced better than non-blacklisted hence the desire to use them.
