We have a problem with HostBill dunno if other ppl have too, if the VPS is cancelled before due date saying at the end of the billing period, it cancels it the day invoice should be generated, not actual day of expiration.
This created a problem with someone which got his back-up VPS destroyed before moving stuff, lucky was just back-up, but we suspended automatic cancelling so now have to do it manually.
Since we are new to HostBill, maybe there is a setting some place to cancel at actual expiration date, not invoice issuing time ? Anyone knows ?
Salvatore will get a dev licence, but maybe someone had this problem and solved it already
