I think they have a positive overall reputation. But no new stock was released for some time now.
Well, on WHT in the premium section they dont have the best.
The knowledge of there support team don't extend far past re-install VPS if its online and it wont boot.
They had no idea how to mount an Xen Container, which is very very easy.
1: we unmanaged service
2: you already destroy centos by yourself not us
3: you get 100% uptime
4: we tried acess Serial Console commanded can't be run

if we can't managed our nodes we will not keep alive all this time.what's wrong when we say unmanaged service . we can backup your files and rebuilt .At least we do not ignore people like another unmanaged services. if you can fixed it . you are welcome to do this

I had a bad experience with UP2VPS, and I would urge anyone considering a VPS service to look elsewhere. Their site is very unstable, and they do not provide any kind of service guarantee, despite what they claim on their website. I had over 10 hours of downtime with them in a period of about 2 weeks.
