IP Manager Suggestion

Hello all -
Basically i've been looking for some kind of PHP IP manager, i've checked our IPPlan but couldn't quite get the authentication to work for some reason, I started to write my own but I need something that works straight out of the box. I don't need anything that can grab IP's from my network I just want to be able to manage them by assigning them to certain services and customers etc, do any of you have any ideas for this or can help me fix IPPlan?
