Does anyone know if Edis still requires a cancellation sent by Fax/Post?
Here it says https://www.edis.at/en/support-and-service/cancellation/cancellation-of-server-products/ you need to cancel via Fax/Postal way which always is a hassle.
Does this apply to their vps as well?

It has been a very long time since I last used an Edis VPS, for which there was either an online cancellation form or non-payment automatic expiry. I did not remember having to do any paperwork when I left. This however might be different from dedicated servers or colocation services.
