I need the VPS to run two instances of firefox with an automated browsing script 24/7.
Therefore I barely utilize: the disk / bandwidth but utilizing the cpu, / ram.

You want a non trial license included with the VPS for $100 /year? Isn't the license more expensive than that?
I have some VPSes, and some don't bother be with trial messages, and I paid less then $100/year for them. I don't know if they are cracked or what (I don't care) I just don't want to reinstall the VPS in every 180 days.
I have a VPS at virmach, and another at dedicenter already.
I am looking for another provider this time, not interested in having more instances at those providers. (just to distribute the VPSes better/more diverse).

The problem with Automated browsing or Traffic exchange is it uses many resources. Specially abusing the hard drives. I would suggest you get SSD for what you are looking for.
