Any News About Hetnix?

Hello guys.
Any news about Hetnix? I know the owner and using Hetnix more than a year and always got the best service with "0" downtime. However, my server is in trouble, no one answers tickets and also the owner is on Skype but not answering...
If any Hetnix users, welcome here... I'm sure there is an outage and they should be busy with it. Otherwise i'm in trouble... coz they never delayed a ticket more than 2 hours before.

About 10 hours... and 10 hours is extremely unexpected for Hetnix. Also we are in same timezone, so if they don't work 7/24, now their shift should be over...
