how long will it take before your dedispec @Dedispec server be deployed?

I ordered on 28th last month, and it is said the server can be online within 2-3 workdays, however, a whole week has passed, and I have opened several tickets with no response.

So, how long did it take before your server were deployed?

    i opened a ticket yesterday as well.

    been waiting from 11/24/2017.

    they answered:
    "I apologize for the delay, the order volume had set us back and we currently are out of 4TB drives, so we're waiting for a shipment early in the week. If the 480GB SSD version is okay I can get this online tonight for you."

    i need the 4TB so i guess i'll have to wait

    mine is Dual Intel Xeon 5630, location in West Virginia
