Windows Time Server ALWAYS Wrong.
I've got netcup server and installing Windows 2012 on it.
I've change my region to Singapore and turn the time sync on. The time got synced right. But a few minutes / hour later, the times get fucked up for some reason. Usually it is changed to a few hour earlier.
Tried to turn off time sync also yield the same. Why my Windows always changed its time.

Try this one http://www.timesynctool.com/
Bios set for different timezone. Winblows reads it and changes the time. One of its many features.
Thanks for sharing! I've experienced this issue before and hope this helps in the future if it happens again.
time.apple.com.
Try the solution described in this article. This should solve your issue:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/time#UTC_in_Windows
how about this use pool.ntp.org as sntp server to sync with, all of the other's seem to be dead & non-functioning(including time.windows.com)
Just learn your offset from UTC and don't bother booting into Windows. Problem solved!
