Mysql galera cluster help with too much disk usage.

Mysql galera cluster help with too much disk usage.

I run a galera cluster with 3 nodes.

I have some script which run on one server which is causing disk usage on single node. So if I run the script on node-2, node-2 will become full (in about 30 days). and If I run script on node-3... node 3 will become full.

Main issue is I can't find which directory/file is taking up space.

I have 823GB available in server

output of df -h shows that 648GB is used: https://imgur.com/a/OWR8r

but when I do ncdu it shows biggest folder as 47.2GB: https://imgur.com/a/LONhq

now How do I find which folder have issue and how do I fix this.

Happy to pay, if you can fix this disk space issue.
